Michael Gill

Michael Gill is Co-founder and CEO of Tulum Land and Property. He has been heading up the sales team since day-one and has helped many customers discover their ideal properties either to live in, rent out or both while providing complete support them throughout their purchase - including legal/ tax advice and connecting them with the best property management agencies to maximize ROI.

Starting off his career in Digital Marketing, Michael managed over 100 websites for a the Daily Mail newsgroup - the largest newspaper/ online news conglomerate in the UK. From here he used his skillset to launch his first major start-up - Croatia Wave, who had partnerships with many major European festivals and brands like MTV and Puma.

With his knowledge of the destination, combined with ample experience acquired throughout his 4 year career. Michael has helped investors ranging from first time buyers, to equity funds to some of the biggest Real Estate firms in North America.
