We offer complete furniture packages that cater to the unique needs of your property. Our goal is to help increase your rental occupancy and generate more revenue by creating stunning interiors that stand out in the competitive Tulum market. We offer three service options:
- The Standard setup has a cost of $995, which covers the sourcing, delivery, and setup of the property, in addition to the cost of the furniture. This package is perfect for smaller condo stays that rent for less than $120 per night and provides a complete setup without additional extras.
- The Premium setup is priced at $2500 in addition to the cost of the furniture and is ideal for properties that rent for more than $150 per night, and provides a comprehensive design component to help the property stand out in the competitive market.
- The Luxury setup costs $6500 and is designed for large homes and highly luxurious spaces that rent for over $500 per night. This setup includes an in-depth design, a smart lock, and professional photography as part of the package.
Regardless of your package choice, the onboarding process remains the same. First, we'll send you the agreement and invoice for setup fees. Once you approve the agreement, simply pay the invoice and we'll start the process.
We'll send you a 10-minute questionnaire to gather information about your furniture preferences, including styles such as contemporary, modern, or retro. You can also provide images or links as references.
Based on the questionnaire, our interior designer will create a proposal that includes floor plans, a visual representation of furniture placement, and an economic proposal. This will list all items and costs. You can make any changes to the proposal before giving final approval, your feedback is essential!
Upon approval, we'll send an invoice for the furniture and home essentials. After payment, we'll schedule a delivery date. The delivery process will have three phases: furniture delivery and assembly, home essentials placement, and cleanup.
The cost of a full Tulum property setup can vary based on several factors such as the size of the home, the extent of furnishings required, preferred furniture style, and type and quantity of electronics.
To give you an idea of the cost, a one-bedroom property may cost around $12,000 to $17,000+, depending on the above-mentioned factors. For two bedrooms, the cost may be in the range of $16,500 to $22,000+. For three bedrooms, the cost may range from $21,500 to $28,000+, and for four bedrooms, it may be between $25,000 to $36,000+
