The material palette runs consistently through the interiors: gray concrete on walls and floors, aged effect walnut, light toned wood on doors and joinery, black concrete on the furniture and in the wall recesses, black marble on the bar countertop. Indirect LED lighting in warm white sits behind the recesses and along the floor line. The living room opens through full height glazing to the water.

The Building

Eight apartments in total, two, three and four bedroom layouts, all delivered furnished. The ground floor holds the lobby, the beach club, the beach pool and a common area with bar counter, kitchen, dining room and lounge. The roof carries an infinity pool, a bar, a gym, a sauna, a firepit and a catamaran net under a wooden log pergola.
